This is a double page spread for a college magazine instantly I can tell that it is very well created and it looks very professional. The magazine uses a terrific colour scheme that works well throughout the whole page with the focus of the main image being split between the banner and itself.
The way the main feature text is spread out is in a book style as if its a part of a story which I think is a very clever format to present the magazine. The questions and answers are very well set out and very believable, its almost as if you can image the interviewer asking the interviewee these questions personally.
The images used don't come into contact with each other and like I said before make it seem as if the audience is reading a story directly out of the magazine. The way the notes lap over the main image make it seem 3D which is a really cool effect and makes them stand out.
This double page spread, is one of the best I've seen from any magazine and because of this I will try to replicate this when I aim to create my music magazine and also my sixth form magazine. Everything about it works well, the only thing that I could say that is bad about it is that the image does not contain a caption and the masthead is not visible anywhere on the page but other than that it is a very well put together college magazine.
